"I thought your structure for the class was very effective. Especially for beginners like myself, there was no pressure to achieve something predetermined by a certain point in the class."
Joanna D.
"Amazing investment in my self, act of self-love and encouragement, and automatically scheduled time to commit to art, even it i can only just show up."
Lisa B.
"I’m always learning something new and unexpected from Michelle. I also love the weekly sessions and am so inspired and excited to experiment with new ideas from these sessions. Michelle creates such a safe place to get your questions answered."
Kirsten B.
"Catalyst couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. Learning from Michelle has been pivotal in projecting me in my art journey. Her warm, kind and encouraging words have given me the confidence to create and try new things. My heart is full and I’m so thankful for this wonderful experience."

“Catalyst put me back on a path of art, getting me back in touch with my creative self. I've felt disconnected from that side of myself for a long time. Burnt out. Mom-mode/lost my sense of self. But I'm feeling excited and inspired and hopeful and creative again! I'm starting to dream/make plans I'm really excited about!”

Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you. As a professional artist for over 16 years, I've explored various styles, but I'm best known for my Totem paintings. These vibrant, colorful creations have truly transformed my life, allowing me to pursue my dream career while sharing my passion with the world. Painting has been instrumental in my healing journey from chronic illness. Upon completing graduate school in 2008, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis. Turning to meditation and qigong, I found solace and strength in these practices. Amidst my health struggles, painting remained a constant source of calm and focus. Through my art, I discovered the power of entering a flow state to nurture my spirit, mind, and body.
Now based in my cozy backyard studio in Atlanta, my aim is to inspire and support creative souls worldwide. Many of my students seek solace and healing through art, and I firmly believe in its ability to process emotions and promote inner peace, as I've experienced firsthand. Are you ready to unlock your creative potential and overcome any obstacles in your path?
